Who we are and how we can help

Timeshare Payback LTD is a claims management company and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We specialise in identifying timeshare owners who have a valid claim against their timeshare loan provider.
If you feel your timeshare was mis-sold to you and it was paid for by either credit card or regulated finance agreement organised by your timeshare company you could be entitled to have your loan cancelled and have the money you have paid returned to you.

How It Works

Our Process

Our process is designed to make everything as easy and efficient as possible for you. Our Partners and Case Managers will always be available to explain everything without jargon. We do not charge any upfront fees and work on a no-win no-fee basis i.e. only if we recover compensation, will we charge you a fee.

Step 1 - Contact us

To find out if you could have a viable claim for compensation please contact us today. Our friendly advisers will quickly be able to identify if you have a claim, and will let you know what you need to do to get the process started. Step 2 - Collate Paperwork

If we can identify a claim is viable we will ask you to submit copies of your timeshare contracts and finance agreements and we will share this with our claims partners, who will then contact you directly to discuss the merits of your case, they can also send a no win no fee* agreement for you to sign and return.

Step 3 - Submit Your Claim

Once your claim is submitted you will be assigned a dedicated claim manager by our claims partners who will keep in touch with you throughout the process. They will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and provide you with regular updates

How our no win no fee process works.
You are only charged a fee if compensation is recovered for you. Please note: If you cancel after 14 days and your claim has been submitted we or our partners reserve the right to charge a fee for the time worked based on an hourly rate.
On successful recovery of compensation the payment comes directly to you. Only once this money is inyour account will any fee be payable. You do not require th eus eof a claims management company and can contact your creditor or the Financial Ombudsman Service yourself for free.
Our claims partners will send you an invoice for the full fee whcich is calculated on thetotal amount you get back as in the table below and they themselves will pay us a percentage, which does not affect any compensation you will receive.
